Mr. Baghdadi completed his undergraduate education at the University of California Irvine, obtaining a degree with honors in 1994. His legal education was obtained at the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, where he was selected as a member of the 1996 Pacific Regional Championship Moot Court Team. In addition, Khaldoun served as the managing editor for the Hastings International and Comparative Law Review. After graduation from law school, Mr. Baghdadi practiced with a litigation boutique in Southern California, concentrating in the fields of business and real estate. During this time he gained trial experience as primary trial counsel in multiple commercial cases. He is active in community affairs and serves via Mayorial appointment on the San Francisco Human Rights Commission. He is also the co-chair of the Bay Area Arab American Attorneys Association. Khaldoun has an academic appointment as an Adjunct Professor of Moot Court at the University of California, Hastings campus in San Francisco. He is a member of the Consumer Attorneys of California, the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. Mr. Baghdadi has successfully prosecuted burn injury cases this past decade throughout California in both State and Federal courts. |
